Charles is a junior studying Government and Spanish with minors in Global Development and International Relations. He is a member of the Spring '25 Member Class. Interested in international law, Charles previously interned with the Mayor of Tordesillas, Spain. Outside of PAD, he is co-president of the Cornell Alexander Hamilton Society and a member of the Cornell Rowing Club. In his free time, Charles enjoys skiing, hiking, and sailing.
