Cynthia is a senior studying Public Policy with a minor in Information Science. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY. She is a member of the Spring '24 Member Class and previously served as the Vice President of Brotherhood. She has a strong interest in how law and technology shape global security, and she spent this past summer as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford researching transnational cybercrime networks. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys running (training for a marathon!), trying new cafes, and exploring small towns with friends.
